Glamour Lady Notepad

You Will Need:

Kanban A4 Green Glamour Ladies Topper Sheet
Kanban A4 Vintage Floral Swirls Background Sheet
Kanban Bling Stick on Gems
Gold Lurex Bows
Green Ink
Craft Knife & Cutting Mat/Scissors
Eyelet Setter
Double Sided Tape
Spiral Bound Notepad to alter

1. Clamping the pages in place (I used a couple of bulldog clips), carefully remove the spiral from the notepad, and lift off the cover.
2. Using the cover as a template, cut a piece of the Floral Swirls sheet and punch a row of holes along the top. Make sure the holes match up exactly with the original cover.
   
3. Attach your new front page to the notepad by reinserting the spiral. Note, if you are not using a spiral bound notepad, simply cut a piece of the Floral Swirls sheet to size and glue to the front of your notepad.
   
4. Select one of the Glamour ladies and remove from the topper sheet. Attach to the front of the notepad at an angle using double sided tape.
5. Embelish opposite corners with gold bling gems, and tie a number of the lurex bows to the spirals of the notepad.
